In the course of providing services to our Customers, Quoin Compliance may receive, access, or otherwise process personal information relating to a Customer's end users, customers, or other third parties ("End Customers"). In such circumstances, the Customer determines the purposes and means of the processing of End Customer personal information, and Quoin Compliance acts solely as a service provider or data processor on behalf of the Customer.
Quoin Compliance processes End Customer personal information only in accordance with the Customer's instructions and for the purpose of providing the services requested by the Customer, as further governed by applicable service agreements and any applicable clauses regarding data processing.
End Customers are not parties to this Privacy Policy. Any requests to exercise rights with respect to End Customer personal information must be directed to the applicable Customer. Quoin Compliance will provide reasonable assistance to Customers in responding to such requests as required by applicable law and contractual obligations.

C. Storage of SSN and Information Necessary for Certain Filings
In addition to the normal safeguards enacted for the storage and protection of your personal information, additional encryption is taken for the storage of your social security number. The collection of your social security number and other information will only be requested if necessary for the filing contracted for and shall only be retained until the transaction in question is completed.
D. Storage of Credit Card Information
When your credit or debit card account information is being transmitted through our Website, it will be protected by security protocols.
